My Magic

I have been fascinated with magic since childhood.  I got my first magic kit when I was about 10 and I did (poorly) most of the included tricks.  I got my first real trick when I was 15 and went to Las Vegas for a high school band trip.  I was hooked.  For half my life I have been collecting magic.  I started with trick decks and gaffed coins and have been progressively moving on.  This page is a listing of what I have in my magic collection.

Stripper Deck

A card is selected and returned to the deck. The magician then lets the SPECTATOR shuffle the deck completely losing their card in the middle of the pack. The deck is then handed back to the magician who cuts the cards one time and the selected card magically rises to the top of the deck! The card is then placed back in the middle of the pack and shuffled again by the spectator. Magically the magician takes the pack and removes the spectators selected card right out of the middle of the deck! This effect can be immediately repeated with a different card! Perform incredible feats of card magic which will make you look like a professional sleight-of-hand artist in just minutes. The Stripper Deck is one of the most versatile trick decks in all of magic. You can actually *play cards* with this deck, it's that subtle. But in your hands, miracles are possible.

My comment: A classic of magic and probably the most versatile trick deck created. Cheap ones can be purchased at toy stores. Spend the extra money to get a Bicycle deck.
