My Magic

I have been fascinated with magic since childhood.  I got my first magic kit when I was about 10 and I did (poorly) most of the included tricks.  I got my first real trick when I was 15 and went to Las Vegas for a high school band trip.  I was hooked.  For half my life I have been collecting magic.  I started with trick decks and gaffed coins and have been progressively moving on.  This page is a listing of what I have in my magic collection.

Houdini Escape Deck

A selected card is returned the deck and ribbon is threaded through two holes in the deck. A knot is tied and the deck is covered by a handkerchief. The magician reaches under the handkerchief and retrieves only the selected card.

My comment: This trick gets some neat results. The handling is a little forced, but a very visual routine.
